Kommo Base plan overview

Explore Kommo Base features for managing leads, conversations, bookings, and everyday tasks. Check AI allowances, plan limits, pricing, and purchase options.

Kommo Base includes tools for organizing leads, managing customer conversations, scheduling appointments, and coordinating your team’s daily work. It also includes AI assistance for writing replies, summarizing conversations, and identifying follow-up tasks.

This guide explains what Base includes, when those capabilities are useful, and what to check before choosing your plan.

Choose between Base and higher plans

Base may fit your needs if your team handles customer conversations and follow-ups directly and needs one workspace to keep leads, messages, and tasks organized.

Choose a higher plan when you need a specific additional capability or more capacity than Base provides. Use these needs to guide your comparison:

Your main need

Which plan to consider

Organize leads, reply to customers, and manage follow-ups yourself

Base includes visual pipelines, connected communication channels, tasks, and a calendar.

Use AI to help your team write and review conversations

Base includes AI Rewriter, conversation summaries, Reply suggestions, Task suggestions, and Copilot help with Kommo.

Automate conversations and routine work

Advanced adds Salesbot, workflow automation, broadcasting, and access to AI agents.

Let customers book appointments themselves

Pro adds public booking pages and AI-assisted booking.

Use advertising audiences, lead scoring, or ROI reports

Consider Pro.

Meet additional security, administrative, or service requirements

Include Enterprise in your comparison.

Team size alone does not determine your plan. Identify the capabilities your workflow requires, then compare them with the available plans.

Note: Your plan applies to the whole workspace. You cannot assign different plans to individual paid users. Older subscriptions may have different features and limits; check your current subscription before changing plans.

Review what Base includes

Organize leads in visual pipelines

What it does: A pipeline shows where each lead is in your sales process. Lead profiles keep the information your team needs to continue working with that lead.

What Base includes: Create pipelines, customize their stages, and manage leads, contacts, and companies. Use custom fields to record information such as the product a customer wants, their budget, or their preferred appointment date.

When it is useful: You want to see which leads need attention and keep customer information organized as conversations progress.

For example, a service business could use stages for new inquiries, consultations, proposals, and completed sales.

See how to create and manage pipelines and customize fields in lead profiles.

Bring customer conversations into one workspace

What it does: Connected communication channels let your team work with customer messages inside Kommo.

What Base includes: Connect supported messengers, email accounts, SMS services, and telephony integrations. Use Chat inbox to reply to conversations from connected messaging channels and review the related lead information.

When it is useful: Customers contact you through different channels, and your team needs the conversation history and lead details together.

See how to manage Chat inbox and explore the available integrations.

Each integration has its own setup requirements. Provider fees and messaging rules still apply.

Capture inquiries from your website and other sources

What it does: Lead capture tools bring new inquiries into Kommo so your team can review and follow up on them.

What Base includes:

  • Web forms: Collect customer details through forms connected to Kommo.

  • Website chat button and live chat: Give website visitors a way to contact your business.

  • Email parsing: Create lead profiles using information extracted from incoming emails.

  • Supported lead sources and integrations: Bring inquiries from connected services into your workspace.

When it is useful: You want new inquiries to reach your pipeline without repeatedly copying customer details between tools.

See web forms, website lead capture, and email parsing.

Receiving a lead from a connected source does not require the same tools as automating the follow-up. Salesbot and workflow automation require Advanced or higher.

Reuse replies with message templates

What it does: Templates let your team reuse messages instead of writing the same information from scratch.

What Base includes: Create chat and email templates for common questions, introductions, appointment details, and other repeated messages. Personalize the message before sending it.

When it is useful: Your team often explains the same service, asks for the same information, or shares the same next steps.

See how to create and use chat templates.

WhatsApp message templates have separate approval and messaging requirements. Broadcasting—sending messages to a selected group of recipients—requires Advanced or higher.

Keep track of follow-ups and team discussions

What it does: Tasks and internal communication help your team coordinate the next action for each lead.

What Base includes: Create and assign tasks, set deadlines, review upcoming work in the calendar, and discuss customer requests through team chats and mentions.

When it is useful: A lead needs a call tomorrow, a proposal needs another teammate’s input, or someone needs to take over a conversation with the right context.

See tasks and calendar and team chat.

Your team manages these follow-ups directly. Automatically creating tasks or launching a sequence based on pipeline events requires workflow automation on a higher plan.

Use AI assistance in your daily work

What it does: Kommo’s AI tools help your team prepare replies, understand conversations, and identify possible next steps.

What Base includes:

  • AI rewriter: Improve a message’s grammar, clarity, or tone.

  • Conversation summary: Review the main points of a conversation.

  • AI reply suggestions: Prepare responses using the available knowledge sources.

  • AI task suggestions: Identify possible follow-up tasks from conversations.

  • Kommo Copilot: Ask questions about Kommo features, settings, and how to use them.

When it is useful: You need to catch up on a conversation, prepare a clear reply, or turn a customer’s request into a follow-up task.

See Kommo AI limits and how to use Copilot.

Note: New Base accounts cannot activate an AI agent to handle customer conversations. Some existing Base accounts retain previously activated AI agent access under earlier subscription rules. Purchasing additional AI credits increases usage; it does not unlock features excluded from your plan.

Schedule and manage appointments

What it does: Booking tools keep customer appointments and your team’s availability organized inside Kommo.

What Base includes: Configure booking types and availability, create bookings from lead profiles, and manage appointments in the calendar. Responsible users receive internal booking notifications.

When it is useful: Your team agrees on an appointment with a customer and then records it in Kommo—for example, a consultation, trial lesson, or service appointment.

An administrator sets up booking types and availability. See Bookings overview.

Public booking pages, where customers choose their own appointment time, and AI-assisted booking require Pro or higher. Automated customer confirmations and reminders also have separate plan and setup requirements.

Review your work on the dashboard

What it does: The dashboard brings key workspace information together so you can review progress and outstanding work.

What Base includes: Customize the dashboard and its widgets to display relevant lead, task, and sales information.

When it is useful: You want a quick view of your pipeline and your team’s work without opening individual records.

See how to set up the dashboard and widgets.

Advanced reports require Advanced or higher. ROI reports and lead scoring require Pro or higher.

Check Base pricing and limits

Kommo subscriptions are priced per paid user. Your subscription cost depends on your Billing country, number of paid users, and subscription duration. Before purchasing:

  1. Check the subscription total. Review the pricing page and the amount shown in your workspace’s Settings → Billing. Base pricing varies by region, so the website price may differ from your workspace’s billing price.

  2. Compare limits with your expected usage. Check plan limits and AI limits, including whether each allowance applies per user or per workspace.

  3. Account for separate costs. These may include additional AI credits, WhatsApp messaging charges, telephony, third-party services, or paid implementation assistance.

Note: Existing subscriptions may retain earlier pricing. Renewals, plan changes, and expired subscriptions can follow different rules. Review the amount shown in Billing before confirming your purchase.

Test or purchase Base

Test Kommo before purchasing

If you are new to Kommo, you can evaluate its features during the 14-day free trial.

Choose a workflow you need to test—for example, receiving an inquiry, replying from Kommo, moving the lead through your pipeline, and creating a follow-up task.

The trial includes capabilities beyond Base. Before purchasing, check that each feature you tested is included in the plan you select.

If you already have an eligible active Base subscription, you can activate a one-time, 14-day Pro features trial to evaluate selected higher-plan tools. Your Base subscription and its account limits remain in place.

See Test Pro features for eligibility, activation instructions, and restrictions.

Purchase or change your subscription

A workspace administrator can purchase Base:

  1. Open Settings → Billing and click Explore plans.

  2. Select Base and choose your subscription period.

  3. Review the number of paid users and the order total.

  4. Enter your billing and payment details, then complete the purchase.

See Manage your Kommo subscription for detailed instructions.

Note: If you have an active subscription on a higher plan and want to move to Base, contact Kommo support. Downgrading can remove features and reduce limits, so review your current workflows, connected accounts, and usage before making the change.
