Admin access in Kommo
Starting June 1, 2026, Kommo is updating its plans. AI features and some integrations will now differ depending on the plan
Plans will also include new limits for WhatsApp numbers, Instagram accounts, and AI usage. You can learn more about these limits here
Updated limits for WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts apply only to new clients. If you’re on the Base or Advanced plan, the number of WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts you have connected before June 1, 2026 will become your limit. You can increase this limit at any time
Starting June 1, 2026, new Base plan users won’t have access to the AI agent. If you purchased the Base plan before this date, you can still use the AI agent, but under the new limits
You can upgrade your plan at any time
Higher plans include more advanced AI tools and higher limits. If you downgrade your plan, some features and AI tools might no longer be available, and your limits might be reduced
Plan changes affect the whole workspace
If you cancel your subscription, it will stay active until the end of your current billing period

Kommo offers four subscription plans - Base, Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan is designed for different team sizes and workflows, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
How Kommo plans work
When you create a Kommo account, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. After the trial ends, you’ll need to choose a subscription plan to keep using Kommo.
All plans are built on the Base plan, which includes core CRM and AI features. Each higher plan adds more advanced tools and functionality.

AI rewriter: Improve your responses by making them clear, grammatically correct, and in the right tone.
Conversation summary: Generate short summaries of conversations to quickly review key points and spot unanswered questions.
AI task and reply suggestions: Use Kommo AI to speed up your work with suggested tasks and replies.
Note: Starting June 1, 2026, the AI agent is no longer available for new users on the Base plan. If you joined the Base plan before that date, you’ll still have access to the AI agent, but new usage limits will apply.
Advanced plan
For growing teams – automate chats with smarter AI tools. Includes all features from the Base plan, plus:
