Kommo plans limits overview

What you’ll need:

• Admin access in Kommo.

Keep in mind:

• New limits take effect on June 1, 2026.

• Each Kommo plan has its own limits. Learn more about the plans here.

• New limits for leads, contacts, and companies will apply to all Kommo accounts — new and existing.

• Starting June 1, 2026, new Base plan users won’t have access to the AI agent. If you purchased the Base plan before this date, you can still use the AI agent, but under the new limits.

• Each Kommo plan includes a different number of AI agents. You can view the AI agent limits in this article.

• The Base and Advanced plans will have limits on connected WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts. If you connected more WhatsApp numbers or Instagram accounts than the new limits allow before June 1, 2026, you can continue using them as usual. The new limits will apply only to newly connected numbers and accounts.

Kommo offers four plans: Base, Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise.

Each plan has its own limits for:

• Leads, contacts and companies

• AI usage

• AI agents

• Connected WhatsApp numbers

• Connected Instagram accounts

In this article, you’ll learn about the limits for each plan, how they work, how to increase them if needed, and how to check your current usage.

Leads, contacts, and companies limits

These limits depend on the number of seats (i.e., users) in your plan.

Lead, contact and companies limits by plan:

Example: If you’re on the Base plan, which includes 2,500 leads and 12,500 contacts and companies per seat, and you have 2 seats, your total limits will be:

• Leads: 2,500 × 2 = 5,000

• Contacts and companies: 12,500 × 2 = 25,000

Kommo will notify you when you reach your limit, and you’ll have 24 hours to make adjustments. If you don’t increase your limit within that time, new leads will be blocked. You’ll still be able to see them, but you won’t be able to access their data, chat with them, or run automations for them. These restrictions will stay until you increase your limit.

How to increase leads, contacts, and companies limits:

• Delete old leads, contacts, or companies

• Move leads to the Closed - Won or Closed - Lost stages

• Add more seats to your current plan

• Upgrade the plan

Note: Leads in the Incoming Leads stage are included in the total count. Leads in the Closed - Won and Closed - Lost stages are not included.

AI credits

Kommo’s AI tools run on credits. The more you use AI features, the more credits you spend.

Each plan includes a set number of credits per seat.

You can use these credits for one tool (for example, for the AI agent) or split them across multiple tools (for example, AI agent and AI rewriter).

Included AI credits by plan:

Example: If you’re on the Base plan, which includes 750 AI credits per seat, and you have 2 seats, your total AI credits will be:

• 750 × 2 = 1,500 credits

If you use up all your AI credits, your AI tools will stop working. To continue using them, you’ll need to add more AI credits.

How to add AI credits:

• Add more seats

• Buy additional AI credits as a monthly add-on

• Upgrade your plan

Number of AI agents

The Kommo AI agent automates client conversations by answering questions, advising on your products, and assisting with online bookings - saving your team time and improving client communication.

It’s available on Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each plan includes a set number of AI agents. They are shared across the workspace and not linked to the number of seats.

How to increase the number of AI agents:

Note: AI agent features vary by plan. See this article to find out which features are included in each plan.

WhatsApp number limits

These limits define how many WhatsApp numbers you can connect to Kommo. They depend on your plan and how many seats you have.

WhatsApp number limits by plan:

Base plan: With 1 seat, you get 1 number included. For example:

1 seat = 1 number,

2 seats = 2 numbers,

3 seats = 3 numbers, and so on.

Advanced plan: If you have 1 seat, 3 numbers are included by default. Each additional seat adds 1 more number. For example:

1 seat = 3 numbers,

2 seats = 4 numbers,

3 seats = 5 numbers, and so on.

If you reach your WhatsApp number limit, we’ll notify you immediately. You’ll have a 24-hour grace period from the moment the limit is reached to increase your limit. All your numbers will keep working during this time.

If the limit isn’t increased within 24 hours, the numbers exceeding the limit will be automatically disabled, starting with the earliest connected numbers.

How to increase WhatsApp limits:

• Remove connected numbers

• Add more seats

• Upgrade the plan

Note: If you connected WhatsApp numbers before June 1, 2026, your existing connections will set your limit, regardless of how many seats you have. For example, if you had 5 WhatsApp numbers connected, your limit becomes 5. You can delete old numbers and add new ones, but the total cannot exceed 5 WhatsApp numbers.

Instagram account limits

These limits define how many Instagram accounts you can connect to Kommo. They depend on your plan and the number of seats you have.

Instagram account limits by plan:

Base plan: With 1 seat, you get 1 account included. For example:
1 seat = 1 account,

2 seats = 2 accounts,

3 seats = 3 accounts, and so on.

Advanced plan: If you have 1 seat, 3 accounts are included by default. Each additional seat adds 1 more account. For example:
1 seat = 3 accounts,

2 seats = 4 accounts,

3 seats = 5 accounts, and so on.

If you reach your Instagram account limit, we’ll notify you right away. After reaching the limit, you’ll have 24 hours to increase it, and all your accounts will stay active during this period.

If the limit isn’t increased within 24 hours, the accounts exceeding the limit will be automatically disabled, starting with the earliest connected ones.

How to increase Instagram limits:

• Remove existing accounts

• Add more seats

• Upgrade the plan

Note: If you connected Instagram accounts before June 1, 2026, your existing connections will set your limit, regardless of how many seats you have. For example, if you had 5 Instagram accounts connected, your limit becomes 5. You can delete old accounts and add new ones, but the total cannot exceed 5 Instagram accounts.

How to check your current usage

To check your current limit usage, go to Settings → Billing, then open the Usage tab:
