What you’ll need

  • Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or 14-day trial).

  • Admin access in Kommo.

Keep in mind:

  • You can set one booking schedule for the entire team. Individual working hours for users are not available.

  • You can use Kommo’s built-in notifications to send booking confirmations and reminders to the responsible users.

  • To send booking confirmations and reminders to clients, you need to set up a Salesbot, which is available on Advanced and higher plans.

  • The booking links feature is available on the Pro plan and during the 14-day trial.

  • Bookings with the AI agent are available on the Pro plan and 14-day trial. To automate bookings, you need an active AI package. Learn more about AI packages and how to purchase them.

Bookings is Kommo’s built-in scheduling management tool that lets you set availability, create and manage bookings, share booking links with clients, prevent conflicts, and automate reminders — all directly from your workspace.

Use cases

  • Centralize booking management – Create, reschedule, cancel, and reassign bookings in one place.

  • Automate client bookings – Let the AI agent suggest available time slots and assist with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations via chat.

  • Prevent double bookings – Block unavailable times and avoid overlapping bookings.

  • Reduce no-shows – Send automatic confirmations and reminders via Salesbot.

  • Control availability – Set working hours, breaks, and days off to match your schedule.

Availability

You can set your availability for bookings, including:

  • Work hours

  • Days off and holidays

  • Break times

Kommo prevents bookings from being made during unavailable times and ensures that scheduled bookings do not overlap.

In addition, Kommo blocks non-working hours in your calendar, making it easier to view your schedule at a glance.

Bookings

You can add multiple booking types, each with its own:

  • Duration

  • Buffer time between bookings

  • Assigned user

Kommo’s built-in notifications let the responsible user know when a new booking is created and send reminders before it starts.

Booking links

The booking links feature allows you to share public booking pages with clients so they can schedule appointments and complete the booking process in one place.

Using the booking page, clients can:

  • Select a service

  • Choose a specialist

  • Pick a date and time

  • Enter contact details

  • Confirm a booking

Bookings created through the booking page are automatically added to your Calendar and linked to a lead in Kommo.

Automate bookings with the AI agent

Instead of handling bookings manually, you can rely on the AI agent. Here’s what it can do:

  • Answer client questions

  • Suggest available time slots

  • Assist with booking, rescheduling, or cancellations
