Each account starts with a one-time set of free AI agent credits, which are used when the AI agent replies in conversations. Once these credits run out, the AI agent stops responding in external chats until additional usage is purchased through an AI agent package.

Most Kommo AI features are available for free on all plans, including the 14-day trial. To ensure fair usage and maintain system performance, some limits apply.
Kommo AI agent is a paid add on feature available only on Pro and Enterprise plans. It uses a credit-based system and requires an AI agent package to continue replying once the free starter credits are used.

Global limits
These limits apply to all Kommo users:
Daily limits: If the number of requests exceeds the daily limit, access to AI features may be temporarily restricted.
Monthly limits: If the monthly limit is reached, access may be restricted for the rest of the month.
