Kommo webforms overview

What you’ll need

  • A Kommo account on any plan or an active 14-day trial.

  • A Kommo workspace with access to the relevant pipeline and its lead sources settings.

  • A pipeline stage where new webform submissions can be added.

  • Access to your website editor only if you want to embed the form on your site.

Keep in mind

  • Kommo webforms are a native lead source, so you do not need an external form account or a separate integration.

  • Each submission creates a lead and adds the submitted information to the corresponding lead, contact, or company fields included in the form.

  • New Google Analytics connections for webforms are available on the Pro plan only. Existing connections on Base or Advanced remain available unless you switch plans.

Kommo webforms help sales, marketing, and service teams turn website visitors into structured leads without copying information between tools. You can collect the details your team needs, send each submission to the right pipeline stage, and start working with the lead as soon as it appears in Kommo.

Kommo webform use cases

  • Capture inbound inquiries — Turn contact requests, quote requests, and demo requests into leads automatically, so your team can respond faster.

  • Qualify leads before the first reply — Ask for contact, company, and request details upfront to give sales reps useful context from the start.

  • Route requests into the right workflow — Send submissions to a selected pipeline stage and identify them with tags, helping teams organize different lead sources.

  • Support campaigns and gated offers — Collect registrations, consultation requests, or content-download details through an embedded form or a shareable form page.

  • Understand where leads come from — Preserve source and campaign information to compare which pages and campaigns attract useful leads.

Kommo webform features

Kommo webforms combine lead capture, data collection, design, placement, and attribution tools in one feature.

Capture and route leads

A Kommo webform works as a native pipeline lead source. When someone submits it, Kommo creates a lead in the selected stage, helping your team respond without manually transferring information from another tool. Collect structured details

Webforms can collect standard and custom information for leads, contacts, and companies. This lets you ask for the details relevant to your process and keep incoming data consistent across lead cards.

Match your brand

You can adapt the form’s template, layout, colors, typography, button, borders, and other visual details. Custom CSS gives teams with design resources more control when the standard options are not enough.

Embed or share webforms

You can embed a webform on a website or share it through a Kommo-hosted page. This makes the same lead-capture flow useful across websites, landing pages, emails, social posts, and campaigns.

Improve phone number capture

Country-aware phone formatting and an optional country selector help visitors enter international numbers in a clearer, more consistent format. This gives your team more reliable contact details for follow-up.

Track lead sources

Webforms can preserve attribution details such as referral and campaign data. When Google Analytics is available for your plan, it can provide additional context about form submissions and campaign performance.

If your form doesn’t appear, a submission doesn’t create a lead, or submitted details are missing, see Troubleshoot Kommo webforms.
