Kommo Pro plan overview

Prev Next

Kommo Pro includes everything in the Advanced plan, plus higher AI allowances and additional tools for booking appointments, advertising, analyzing sales results, and managing your data.

This guide explains what Pro adds, when those capabilities are useful, and what to check before choosing or upgrading your plan.

Choose between Advanced and Pro

Advanced may fit your needs if you want automated follow-ups, broadcasting (messages sent to a selected group), lead assignment, and AI agents within its included allowances.

Choose Pro when you need a specific additional capability or more capacity than Advanced provides. Use these needs to guide your comparison:

Your main need

What Pro adds

More AI capacity or capabilities

More AI agents and included credits, voice-message handling, AI-assisted booking, and Copilot Analyst mode

Customer self-booking

A booking page where customers choose an available appointment time

Advertising and sales analysis

Advertising audiences, Meta Conversions API, ROI reports, and lead scoring

More control over data and workflows

Advanced fields, field permissions, full event history, and additional pipeline actions

More records or messaging accounts

Higher database limits and unlimited WhatsApp and Instagram connections

You do not need every Pro feature to benefit from the plan. Identify the capability or allowance your workflow requires, then compare it with the available plans. Include Enterprise if you have additional security, administrative, or service requirements.

Note: Your plan applies to the whole workspace. You cannot assign different plans to individual paid users. Older subscriptions may have different features and limits; check your current subscription before changing plans.

Review what Pro adds

Use more AI agents and AI credits

What it does: An AI agent handles customer conversations using the information and instructions you provide. AI credits are units consumed by supported AI actions.

What Pro adds: Compared with Advanced, Pro allows more AI agents in your workspace and includes more monthly AI credits per paid user. These allowances work differently:

  • Agent allowance: Applies to the workspace. Adding a paid user does not increase the number of agents your plan allows.

  • AI credits: The credits included for each paid user contribute to a shared workspace balance for credit-based AI features. Included credits reset each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

  • Kommo help questions: Questions you ask Kommo Copilot about using Kommo have a separate allowance, which is also higher on Pro.

When it is useful: You need more agents than Advanced allows, or your team regularly needs more AI usage than Advanced includes.

See AI allowances and credits and plan limits.

Note: Buying additional AI credits increases your available usage. It does not unlock Pro features or increase the number of agents allowed by your plan. If usage volume is your only concern, compare an additional credit package with upgrading.

Use additional AI capabilities

What it does: AI agents assist customers in conversations. Kommo Copilot assists your team inside Kommo.

What Pro adds: AI agents can process incoming voice messages and help customers book appointments in chat. Copilot’s Analyst mode lets your team ask questions about CRM data, including won and lost leads and sales results.

When it is useful: Customers send voice messages or want to schedule appointments during a conversation, or your team wants help analyzing sales data.

Agent and booking setup is required. See Bookings overview and how to use Kommo Copilot.

Let customers book appointments online

What it does: Booking tools help you arrange customer appointments.

What Pro adds: A booking page where customers choose a service, specialist, and available time themselves.

When it is useful: You want customers to schedule appointments without exchanging messages to agree on a time.

Basic booking management is available on lower plans. See Bookings overview to compare booking methods.

Use CRM data in advertising

What it does: Advertising tools connect information about your leads and customers with supported advertising platforms.

What Pro adds: Pro includes advertising tools for Facebook, Google, and TikTok, along with:

  • Advertising audience segments: Groups of contacts selected using CRM criteria, which you can use with supported advertising integrations.

  • Meta Conversions API (CAPI): A connection that sends supported events, such as a lead or purchase, from Kommo to Meta.

When it is useful: You want to advertise to a specific group, such as customers who received a proposal but have not purchased, or send conversion information back to Meta.

See segments, Google Ads setup, and Meta Conversions API setup. Each integration has its own requirements; advertising spend is separate from your Kommo subscription.

Compare costs and revenue with ROI reports

What it does: Return on investment (ROI) reports compare the costs you enter with revenue from the leads included in the report.

What Pro adds: ROI reporting helps you evaluate whether the sales revenue associated with an activity covers its recorded costs. Revenue calculations use the Sale value of won leads, so complete sales data matters.

When it is useful: You want to compare a campaign’s recorded costs with the revenue from sales associated with that campaign.

The report depends on the costs and lead data you provide. It does not automatically account for every business expense.

Prioritize leads with lead scoring

What it does: Lead scoring assigns a score to each lead using criteria and a formula you configure.

What Pro adds: You can use lead information, such as pipeline stage, field values, and campaign tracking data, to calculate scores. Scores update when relevant information changes.

When it is useful: You want your team to identify which leads to review first. For example, your scoring rules could give a higher score to a lead at the contract stage than to one at the initial contact stage.

A score reflects your rules; it is not a predicted probability of a sale. See lead scoring.

Calculate and organize information with advanced fields

What it does: Fields store information in lead, contact, and company records.

What Pro adds: The Super fields pack extends standard custom fields:

  • Formulas: Calculate a value from other fields in the same record, such as quantity multiplied by unit price.

  • Currency fields: Store amounts with a selected currency, such as supplier cost in one currency and a customer quote in another.

  • Catalog and list fields: Select related values from linked lists, such as a product category followed by an item within it.

  • Field visibility: Control which pipeline stages display a field.

When it is useful: Your team needs calculations, values in different currencies, or linked choices within a record.

Basic custom fields are available on lower plans. See how to configure fields for the underlying setup.

Control access to data and review activity

What it does: Access and activity controls help you manage how team members use customer information.

What Pro adds:

  • Field permissions: Control who can view or edit particular fields.

  • Activity limits: Set viewing limits for record cards and lists, and receive notifications when limits are exceeded.

  • Full event history: Review recorded changes to leads, contacts, tasks, companies, and lists for any time period.

When it is useful: Different roles need different access, or you need to investigate older changes in your workspace.

See how to set permissions and the plan comparison.

Store more records and connect more accounts

What it does: Database limits determine how many leads, contacts, and companies your workspace can hold. Connection limits determine how many supported messaging accounts you can connect.

What Pro adds: Higher lead, contact, and company limits than Advanced, plus unlimited WhatsApp and Instagram connections.

When it is useful: Your expected record count or number of connected WhatsApp and Instagram accounts exceeds Advanced’s allowances.

Unlimited connections do not mean unlimited messaging or AI usage. Provider charges and other usage limits still apply. Check plan limits against your expected usage.

Review other included capabilities

Capability

What it adds and when to use it

Search in lead profiles

Find messages, notes, tasks, and other information within a lead’s profile. Useful when you need a detail from a long customer history.

Add-on trigger pack

Add pipeline actions that add or remove tags and update fields when configured conditions are met. For example, update a field when a lead reaches a stage. Advanced already includes Salesbot and workflow automation; Pro adds these pipeline trigger options.

Chats API

Connect an external AI assistant or custom messaging workflow while keeping conversation history in Kommo. Technical setup is required. Its outgoing-message allowance is separate from AI credits: successfully sent outgoing messages count; incoming messages and history requests do not. Additional message packages are available.

Periodic backups

Create and download data backups manually or schedule them weekly or monthly. Use these when you need your own copies of workspace data. Automatic daily backups for recovery from server failures are available on all plans.

Bling invoicing

Connect invoicing through Bling when your business uses that service. The integration requires configuration; Bling’s requirements and charges apply separately.

The Pro features trial for existing subscribers does not include Chats API access. New-account trial conditions differ; see Chats API before testing it.

Which industries can benefit from Pro?

Find your industry below to connect Pro’s capabilities with a familiar workflow. These examples describe when Pro adds value; industry or team size alone does not determine your plan.

For travel and transportation businesses, Kommo Bookings supports customer appointments and consultations. Reservations, ticketing, vehicle availability, and dispatch remain in the appropriate operational systems.

Check Pro pricing and limits

Kommo subscriptions are priced per paid user. Your subscription cost depends on the plan, number of paid users, and subscription duration.

The minimum subscription term is 6 months. A price shown per user per month is a monthly equivalent, not a month-to-month subscription.

Before purchasing:

  1. Check the subscription total. Review the pricing page and the amount shown in your workspace’s Settings → Billing.

  2. Compare limits with your expected usage. Check plan limits and AI credits, including whether each allowance applies per user or per workspace.

  3. Account for separate costs. These may include additional AI credits, Chats API message packages, advertising spend, third-party services, or paid implementation assistance.

Note: Choosing Pro does not automatically include a dedicated account manager or implementation services. Confirm any service package separately from the subscription.

Test or upgrade to Pro

Test Pro before purchasing

If you are new to Kommo, you can evaluate its features during the 14-day free trial.

If you already have an eligible active Base or Advanced subscription, you can activate a one-time, 14-day Pro features trial without changing your subscription plan.

Choose a workflow you need to evaluate, such as allowing customers to book appointments, calculating lead scores, or restricting access to a field. Configure it and check whether it meets your team’s needs.

A features trial does not necessarily provide every paid Pro allowance. See Test Pro features for eligibility, activation instructions, and restrictions.

When the Pro features trial ends, features outside your paid plan become unavailable. Your saved settings and data remain.

Purchase or upgrade your subscription

A workspace administrator can purchase or change the subscription:

  1. Open Settings → Billing.

  2. Select Pro and review the number of paid users and subscription duration.

  3. Check the total and complete the purchase.

See Manage your Kommo subscription for detailed instructions.

You do not need to use every Pro feature to choose the plan. Focus on the capabilities your business needs now or has a specific plan to use.

Note: Your subscription plan applies to the whole workspace. You cannot assign Advanced to some paid users and Pro to others in the same workspace. If you have an older subscription, check your existing features and limits before changing plans.

Review what Pro adds

Each section explains what the feature does, what Pro adds, and when you might use it. The linked guides provide setup instructions and detailed limits.

When it is useful: You need separate agents for different services or your team regularly needs more AI usage than Advanced includes.

See AI credits and plan limits.

Note: Buying additional AI credits increases your available usage. It does not unlock Pro features or increase the number of agents allowed by your plan. If usage volume is your only concern, compare an additional credit package with upgrading.

Handle voice messages and bookings with an AI agent

What it does: Your AI agent can assist with customer requests during a conversation.

What Pro adds: The agent can convert incoming voice messages into text to process them and help customers book appointments in the chat.

When it is useful: Customers frequently send voice messages or ask to schedule an appointment, and you want your agent to handle these requests.

These capabilities still require the relevant agent and booking setup. Review the plan comparison and bookings overview.

Analyze sales data with Kommo Copilot

What it does: Kommo Copilot is an AI assistant you use inside Kommo.

What Pro adds: Analyst mode lets you ask questions about your CRM data, including sales results, instead of finding and reviewing each record yourself.

When it is useful: You want help reviewing won and lost leads or understanding sales performance.

See how to use Kommo Copilot.

Let customers book appointments online

What it does: Booking tools help you arrange appointments with customers.

What Pro adds: A booking page lets customers view your available times and choose an appointment themselves. Pro also supports booking through an AI agent during a conversation.

When it is useful: You want to share a booking page with customers and reduce the messages needed to agree on a time.

Basic booking functionality is available on lower plans. Review the bookings overview to understand which booking method you need.

See how to create ROI reports.

A record is the profile where you keep information about a sale, person, or business.

What Pro adds: The Super fields pack includes formulas for calculating values, support for currencies, and fields for working with catalog information, such as product lists.

When it is useful: Your team needs calculations or structured information beyond the standard fields available on lower plans.

Basic custom fields are available on lower plans. See how fields work in lead profiles for the underlying field setup.

Control access to data and review user activity

What it does: Access and activity controls help you manage how team members use customer information.

What Pro adds:

  • Field permissions: Control which users can view or edit specific fields.

  • Activity limits: Set limits on viewing record cards and lists, and receive notifications when limits are exceeded.

  • User activity log: Review recorded user actions.

  • Profile search: Search customer profiles.

When it is useful: Different roles need different access to information, or you need to review activity in your workspace.

See how to set permissions for access settings and the plan comparison for the included controls.

Add actions to automated workflows

What it does: Automated workflows perform configured actions when a specified event occurs, such as a lead reaching a pipeline stage.

What Pro adds: The included Add-on trigger pack provides additional automation actions, including adding or removing tags and updating fields. Tags are labels you apply to help organize records.

When it is useful: You want a workflow to update record information automatically as a lead progresses through your sales process.

Advanced already includes Salesbot and pipeline automation. Pro extends the actions available to those workflows. See the plan comparison.

Connect an external AI assistant or custom chat workflow

What it does: The Chats API is a technical connection that lets an external application exchange messages with Kommo while keeping the conversation history in Kommo.

What Pro adds: Access to the Chats API with an included outgoing-message allowance. This allowance is separate from Kommo AI credits. Successfully sent outgoing messages count toward it; incoming messages and history requests do not. Additional message packages are available.

When it is useful: You use an external AI assistant or a custom messaging workflow that needs to send and receive messages through Kommo.

This option requires an integration or technical setup. See Chats API for requirements, allowances, and packages.

Note: The Pro features trial for existing subscribers does not include Chats API access. New-account trial conditions are different; check the Chats API guide before testing this feature.

Create and schedule periodic backups

What it does: A backup is a saved copy of workspace data.

What Pro adds: You can create and download backups and schedule them weekly or monthly.

When it is useful: You need downloadable copies of your data or want to create them on a regular schedule.

These periodic backups are separate from Kommo’s automatic daily backups used for recovery from server failures, which apply to all plans. See data backups for permissions and available options.

When it is useful: Your customer database is growing, or you manage separate messaging accounts for several brands or branches.

Unlimited connections do not mean unlimited messaging or AI usage. Provider charges and other usage limits still apply. Check plan limits against your expected usage.

Create invoices through Bling

What it does: Bling is a separate business management service that supports invoicing.

What Pro adds: Access to invoicing through the Bling integration.

When it is useful: Your business already uses Bling and needs invoicing connected to its Kommo workflow.

You must connect and configure the integration. Check Bling’s service requirements and charges separately from your Kommo subscription.

Choose between Advanced and Pro

Advanced may fit your needs if you want automated follow-ups, broadcasting, lead assignment, and AI agents within its included allowances. Broadcasting means sending messages to a selected group of recipients.

Pro may fit your needs if you need higher AI allowances or a specific capability described above, such as AI booking, advertising audiences, lead scoring, or field permissions.

For example, a team that needs automated follow-ups may be able to use Advanced. A team that also needs separate AI agents for several services and appointment booking through those agents has specific reasons to consider Pro.

If you have additional security, administrative, or service requirements, include Enterprise in your comparison.

See Compare Kommo plans for the full comparison.

Check plan limits and AI credits limits, including whether each allowance applies per user or per workspace.
