Learn how to add and manage passkeys for faster sign-in and secure verification in Kommo.
What you’ll need:
A Kommo account on any plan: Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial.
A device, browser, password manager, or security key that supports passkeys.
Access to your Kommo email or, if you have two-step verification enabled, your selected verification method.
Keep in mind:
You can add more than one passkey to your Kommo account.
Depending on where you save it, a passkey may be available across your devices or only through a specific device or security key.
Adding a passkey doesn’t remove your password or change your two-step verification settings.
A passkey lets you sign in to Kommo without typing your password. Instead, you confirm your identity using a method supported by your device, such as a fingerprint, face recognition, screen lock, password manager, or security key.
You can also use a passkey to confirm sensitive actions in Kommo, such as adding a user or launching a broadcast. Your existing verification methods remain available, so you can choose another method when Kommo offers one.
This article shows how to add a passkey, use it to sign in and verify actions, and rename or remove it.
Passkeys are part of Profile security. To learn about the other settings available on this page, see Manage your profile security in Kommo.
Add a passkey
You can create a passkey using a supported device, password manager, or security key. Choose where you’d like to save it, then follow the instructions on your screen.
Go to Settings → Security → Profile security.
Find the Passkey section.
Click Add a passkey.
Confirm your identity using one of your available verification methods, for example:
Follow the instructions on your device or in your password manager to finish creating the passkey, for example:
Your new passkey will appear in the Security section when it’s ready to use.
Kommo gives each new passkey a default name. You can rename it later to make it easier to recognize.
The setup steps may look different depending on your device or where you save your passkey. For more help, see the official guides for Chrome and Google Password Manager, Android, or iPhone.
Sign in with a passkey
After adding a passkey, you can use it to sign in on a supported device or browser.
Open the Kommo sign-in page.
Click Continue with passkey.
Select a passkey if you’re asked to choose one.
Confirm your identity using the instructions shown by your device, password manager, or security key, for example:
If your passkey isn’t available, choose another sign-in method available to your account. For more help, see Log in to Kommo.
Verify actions with a passkey
Kommo asks you to confirm your identity before completing certain actions.
If you’ve added a passkey, you can use it to verify these actions.
When both a passkey and a verification code are available, choose whichever is more convenient.
If you haven’t added a passkey, use your existing verification method.

Rename a passkey
If you have several passkeys, give each one a name that helps you recognize where it’s saved.
Go to Settings → Security → Profile security and find the Passkey section.
Hover over the passkey you want to rename.
Click the pencil icon.
Enter a new name and click Save.
Changing a passkey’s name doesn’t change where it’s saved or how it works.
Remove a passkey
Remove a passkey if you no longer use or have access to the device, password manager, or security key where it’s saved.
Go to Settings → Security → Profile security and find the Passkey section.
Click the trash bin icon next to the passkey.
In the modal window, click Delete.
Verify your identity using an available passkey or verification code.
Once removed, that passkey can no longer be used with your Kommo account. Your other passkeys and sign-in methods remain available.
If you can’t use a passkey
If you don’t see the option to use your passkey or can’t complete verification:
Make sure your device or browser supports passkeys and the feature is available.
Check that your passkey is still saved on your device, in your browser or password manager, or on your security key.
If the passkey was deleted, use another passkey or an available sign-in or verification method.
Note: A deleted passkey may still appear in Kommo, but you won’t be able to use it. Go to Settings → Security → Profile security, remove it from the Passkey section, and add a new one.
If you still can’t sign in, see Fix login or access problems or contact Kommo Support.
