What you’ll need:
Any Kommo plan: Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial
Access to the email address linked to your Kommo account
A stable internet connection
Keep in mind:
Your new password must contain at least 8 characters.
If two-step verification is enabled, you may need to enter a verification code sent to your email when logging in.
If your workspace uses an IP whitelist, access may still be blocked until your current IP address is allowed by an Admin.
You can reset your Kommo password if you forgot it, lost access to your account, or want to update it for security reasons. There are two ways to do it: from the login page if you can’t sign in, or from your profile settings if you’re already logged in.
Reset a forgotten password
Use this option when you can’t log in because you forgot your password or your current password doesn’t work.
Go to the Kommo login page.
Click Forgot password?

Enter the email address linked to your Kommo account.

Click Request password reset.
Open your email inbox and find the password reset email from Kommo.
Click Change password in the email.

Enter a new password with at least 8 characters.
Confirm the new password by typing it again.
Click Change password to save it.

After the password is updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new password. For login steps, see Log in to Kommo.
Change your password while logged in
Use this option when you still have access to your account and want to update your password from your profile.
In Kommo, go to Settings → Profile settings.

Find the Password field.
Enter your new password.

If required, confirm the change with your current password.
Click Save.

Note: If two-step verification is enabled, you’ll need to enter your current password to make changes to it.
If you didn’t receive the reset email
If the password reset email doesn’t arrive, check the following before requesting another reset:
Make sure you entered the same email address you use to log in to Kommo.
Check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders.
Wait a few minutes, then try requesting the reset email again.
Make sure your email inbox is active and can receive new messages.
If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Kommo account, contact your workspace Admin or Kommo support for help with account recovery. For other sign-in issues, see Fix login or access problems.
After resetting your password
Once your password is changed, follow these quick checks to make sure your account stays secure:
Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use for other services.
Do not share your password with teammates or third parties.
If you reset the password because of suspicious activity, review your active sessions and log out of unfamiliar devices.
If two-step verification is enabled, keep your backup codes somewhere safe.
