Explore Kommo Advanced features for automating conversations, follow-ups, and campaigns. Check AI allowances, plan limits, pricing, and upgrade options.
Kommo Advanced includes everything in the Base plan, plus tools for automating conversations, assigning leads, sending broadcasts, and reviewing team performance. It also adds AI agents and more AI assistance for keeping customer information and conversations up to date.
This guide explains what Advanced adds, when those capabilities are useful, and what to check before choosing or upgrading your plan.
Choose between Base, Advanced, and Pro
Advanced may fit your needs if your team repeats the same follow-ups, qualification questions, or lead assignments and wants to automate that work. It also gives you tools for messaging selected audiences and handling incoming conversations with AI agents.
Choose a plan based on the capabilities and capacity your workflow requires:
Your main need | Which plan to consider |
|---|---|
Organize leads, reply to customers, and manage follow-ups yourself | Base includes pipelines, connected communication channels, tasks, a Takvim, and everyday AI assistance. |
Automate structured conversations and routine sales work | Advanced adds Salesbot, workflow Otomasyon, and automatic lead assignment. |
Send campaigns to selected groups of customers | Advanced includes broadcasting and Manual segments. |
Let AI agents respond to incoming customer messages | Advanced supports up to 3 active AI agents and includes more AI credits than Base. |
Use customer self-booking, AI voice-message handling, or AI-assisted booking | Consider Pro. |
Use Automated segments, advertising audiences, lead scoring, or ROI reports | Consider Pro. |
Meet additional security, administrative, or service requirements | Include Enterprise in your comparison. |
You do not need every Advanced feature to benefit from the plan. Identify the task you want to automate, then compare the available plans. For the features already included in Base, see the Kommo Base plan overview.
Your plan applies to the whole workspace. You cannot assign different plans to individual paid users. Older subscriptions may have different features and limits; check your current subscription before changing plans.
Review what Advanced adds
Build structured conversations with Salesbot
What it does: Salesbot follows a sequence of messages, conditions, and actions that you define in a visual builder. For example, it can ask what a customer is interested in, offer reply buttons, and continue along the matching branch.
What Advanced adds: Access to Salesbot and its no-code builder, so you can set up repeatable conversation flows and connect them to your sales process.
When it is useful: You receive the same initial questions repeatedly or need customers to provide a few details before a team member takes over. A course provider, for example, could ask which course interests a lead and whether they prefer online or in-person study.
See Salesbot overview for supported steps and setup options.
Automate follow-ups and lead assignment
What it does: Workflow automation combines an event, conditions, and an action. An event such as a lead entering a pipeline stage can create a task, start a Salesbot, or change the responsible user.
What Advanced adds: Satış takip hattı automation for routine work, including rule-based lead assignment and triggered emails or SMS through the appropriate connected services.
When it is useful: Your team needs a consistent next step when a lead reaches a stage. For example, create a follow-up task when a proposal is sent, or assign an inquiry to a particular user based on its source.
Available actions depend on your plan and connected integrations. Pro adds an additional pipeline trigger pack, including standalone actions for adding or removing tags and updating fields.
See Automations & triggers overview and Automate repetitive sales work.
Collect key information with required fields
What it does: Required fields identify information your team needs at selected pipeline stages, such as a customer's service requirements or delivery address.
What Advanced adds: The option to make custom fields required at specified stages, plus a higher allowance for custom fields.
When it is useful: Leads regularly reach a handoff stage without the details the next person needs. For example, require the project type before a lead moves to preparing a quote.
See Configure custom fields for setup instructions.
Send broadcasts to selected audiences
What it does: Broadcasting sends or schedules messages to a selected group through a supported channel. Each recipient receives an individual message.
What Advanced adds: Broadcasting and Manual segments. A Manual segment saves a set of filters so you can reuse an audience based on current CRM data, rather than selecting each recipient individually.
When it is useful: You want to share a product update with interested leads or send a relevant offer to customers who match particular criteria.
Manual segments are available on Advanced. Automated segments, which trigger actions when contacts enter or leave a segment, require Pro or a higher plan. Pro also adds advertising audience integrations.
Channel rules, recipient eligibility, and messaging charges still apply. See Broadcasting overview and Segments overview.
Use AI agents and more AI credits
What it does: An AI agent responds to incoming customer messages using the instructions and knowledge sources you provide. Unlike a predefined Salesbot flow, it can interpret a customer's question and compose a response.
What Advanced adds: Up to 3 active AI agents per workspace and 1,250 AI credits per paid user per month. Credits are shared across the workspace and used by supported AI actions.
The active-agent limit applies to agents enabled at the same time. You can keep additional agents in draft or offline and switch which ones are active. Purchasing more paid seats increases your included credits, but does not increase the limit of 3 active agents.
When it is useful: You want to answer recurring product or service questions from your own knowledge sources and transfer conversations to a person when needed.
Note: AI credits are a usage allowance, not a fixed number of messages. If the shared balance runs out, AI agents stop responding until credits renew or an administrator purchases additional credits. Buying credits does not unlock Pro features or increase the active-agent limit.
Advanced does not include AI-agent voice-message handling or AI-assisted appointment booking. For these capabilities or a higher active-agent limit, compare Kommo Pro.
See Kommo AI agent, AI agent limits, and Purchase AI credits.
Find missing details and unanswered questions with AI
What it does: Kommo Copilot helps your team review customer information and conversations. It can suggest field values found in the available context and highlight customer questions that still need a reply.
What Advanced adds: AI field value suggestions and unanswered-question assistance, alongside the writing, summary, reply, and task assistance already available in Base.
When it is useful: A customer shares contact details in a conversation, or a long exchange contains a question your team has missed. Review the suggestions before applying a field update or sending a reply.
See Set up and use Kommo Copilot. Copilot Analyst mode requires Pro or a higher plan.
Review sales and team performance
What it does: Reports help you review sales activity, completed work, and progress toward targets.
What Advanced adds: Advanced reporting, including tools for tracking call activity and performance goals. These complement the customizable dashboard and Win-Loss analysis already included in Base.
When it is useful: You need to check whether the team is keeping up with its workload, review call activity, or compare results with sales targets. Call reports require a connected calling integration.
See Analytics and reports overview. ROI reports and lead scoring require Pro or a higher plan.
Organize users and control access by IP address
What it does: User groups organize your team in Kommo. An IP whitelist restricts workspace access to approved IP addresses.
What Advanced adds: User teams and IP access controls, alongside the user permissions already available in Base.
When it is useful: You want to organize users by department or restrict access to approved office or network addresses. Configure the relevant permissions for each group and review the effect of IP restrictions on mobile access and integrations before enabling them.
See Create user groups in Kommo and Manage your IP whitelist in Kommo.

Which industries can benefit from Advanced?

|---|---|
Digital services and IT | Collect project requirements with Salesbot and assign inquiries to the relevant user. |
Automotive | Ask which vehicle or service interests a lead and create a follow-up task for a sales representative. |

Travel and tourism | Collect destination and travel preferences, then create a task for a consultant. |
Transportation and logistics | Gather shipment requirements and assign quote requests to the appropriate user. |
Check Advanced pricing and limits
Kommo subscriptions are priced per paid user. Your subscription cost depends on your Billing country, number of paid users, and subscription duration.
The minimum subscription term is 6 months. A price shown per user per month is a monthly equivalent, not a month-to-month subscription.
Before purchasing:
Check the subscription total. Review the pricing page and the amount shown in your workspace's Settings → Billing. Advanced pricing varies by region, so the website price may differ from your workspace's billing price.
Compare limits with your expected usage. Check plan limits, your required number of active AI agents, and the shared AI credit allowance. Included credits renew each monthly billing cycle; unused included credits do not roll over. Workspace limits, such as active AI agents and custom fields, do not grow with paid seats.
Account for separate costs. These may include additional AI credits, WhatsApp messaging charges, telephony, third-party services, or paid implementation assistance.
Existing subscriptions may retain earlier pricing. Renewals, plan changes, and expired subscriptions can follow different rules. Review the amount shown in Billing before confirming your purchase.
Test or upgrade to Advanced
Test Advanced features before purchasing
If you are new to Kommo, you can evaluate its features during the 14-day free trial. Choose a workflow you need to test—for example, receiving an inquiry, qualifying it with Salesbot, assigning it to a user, and creating a follow-up task.
The trial includes capabilities beyond Advanced. Before purchasing, check that each feature you tested is included in the plan you select, and compare the trial's allowances with Advanced's limits.
If you already have an eligible active Base or Advanced subscription, you can activate a one-time, 14-day Pro features trial to evaluate selected higher-plan tools. Your existing subscription and its account limits remain in place. See Test Pro features for eligibility, activation instructions, and restrictions.
Purchase or upgrade your subscription
A workspace administrator can purchase Advanced or upgrade an active Base subscription:
Open Settings → Billing.
Click Explore plans to purchase a plan, or Upgrade to change an active subscription.
Select Advanced and review the subscription period and number of paid users.
Review the order total, enter the required billing and payment details, and complete the purchase.
See Manage your Kommo subscription for detailed instructions.
If you have an active subscription on a higher plan and want to move to Advanced, contact Kommo support. Downgrading can remove features and reduce limits, so review your current workflows, connected accounts, and usage before making the change.
