What you’ll need:
Kommo mobile app installed on iOS or Android
An active Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, or Enterprise)
A user role with access to Pipelines
Keep in mind:
Pipeline visibility depends on your access rights in Kommo
Some desktop features (such as bulk actions or advanced automations) aren’t available on mobile
Moving leads requires permission to edit leads
Notifications depend on device-level settings being enabled
Using pipelines on mobile lets you stay on top of deals wherever you are. You can review stages, move leads, update details, and communicate directly from your phone — with everything syncing automatically to the desktop version.
View your pipelines
Use this view to check lead progress and switch between pipelines.
Open the Kommo mobile app.
Tap Leads in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the menu icon (three lines) to switch between pipelines.
Move a lead between stages
Update lead status quickly with a simple action.
Press and hold a lead card.
Select the target stage from the list. The lead moves instantly and syncs with your desktop view.
Edit lead details
Update lead or contact information directly from your phone.
Tap a lead to open its card.
Tap Edit. Update fields such as contact info, stage details, or notes
Tap Save to apply changes.
Chat from the mobile app
Communicate with clients or teammates without leaving the lead.
Open a lead card. Tap the lead’s name.
Choose:
Client chat to message the lead, or
All users to start an internal chat with a teammate or group.
Type your message and tap the send icon.
Add notes or tasks
Capture updates or create follow-ups while on the move.
Open the lead card.
Tap the note icon to add a note.
Type your text and tap Send to save it.
Verify syncing
Make sure everything stays up to date.
Changes (moved leads, edits, notes, messages) appear instantly in the app
Refresh the pipeline or check the web version to confirm syncing
