Manage your Kommo account

What you’ll need:

  • Administrator (Admin) access in Kommo (required for workspace-wide settings)

  • If two-step verification is enabled, you must disable it before changing your email

  • Enabling or disabling two-step verification is available only in the Kommo desktop version

Keep in mind:

  • Only Admins can manage company and workspace-level settings

  • Personal settings apply only to your own Kommo profile
