Troubleshooting tasks and bookings in Kommo

What you’ll need:

  • Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or 14-day trial).

Keep in mind:

  • Only users with the Admin role can add new task types.

  • Only users with the Admin role can manually create and manage bookings.

  • Tasks can overlap with other tasks and with bookings, but bookings cannot overlap each other.

Here’s a quick guide to fixing common issues with tasks and bookings.

Task or booking not visible in calendar

Possible reasons:

  • Wrong filter is applied

  • Task or booking was completed

  • Task or booking was deleted

How to fix:

  1. Go to Calendar → Choose any view you prefer.

  2. Click the Filter bar.

  3. Select All events to see tasks assigned to anyone, or My events for your own tasks and bookings.

  4. If the task or the booking still doesn’t appear, try Completed events.

  5. If needed, check Deleted events.

Tasks or bookings not sending notifications

How to fix:

Verify notification settings in SettingsNotifications and ensure your email or in-app alerts are enabled.

Note: Notifications can only be sent to the personal email address linked to the user’s profile, not to the workspace email address.

Cannot assign tasks to a team member

How to fix it:

Ensure the user has proper access rights and is active in Kommo.

Google Calendar integration doesn’t work

Possible reasons:

  • Sync was deactivated

  • The connection process wasn’t completed

  • Connected Google Calendar is not the main one (for a free Google account).

How to fix:

  1. Go to Calendar →  Sync and switch status to Active.
    OR

  2. Go to Integration Marketplace → Google Calendar, click Log out, log in again, and click Save.
    OR

  3. Go to Integration Marketplace → Google Calendar and make sure the main calendar is connected, then click Save.
