Add a Kommo webform to your website

What you’ll need

• A Kommo account on any plan or an active 14-day trial.

• A Kommo webform that has already been created and saved.

• Access to your website editor if you want to embed the form directly on a page.

Keep in mind:

• You can either embed the form with its HTML code or add a link to the Kommo-hosted form page.

• Your website must support custom HTML if you choose the embedded option.

• Each submission creates a lead in the stage selected for the form and adds the submitted details to the corresponding lead, contact, or company fields.

This guide explains how to place an existing Kommo webform on your website. You’ll learn how to embed it directly on a page, add a link to the hosted form, and confirm that submissions reach Kommo.

Before you start

• Choose the website page where you want the form to appear.

• Confirm that the webform is saved and connected to the correct pipeline stage. For setup instructions, see Create a Kommo webform.

• Check whether your website editor supports a custom HTML or code block if you plan to embed the form.

Add a Kommo webform to your website

Copy the webform code in Kommo

1. Go to Pipelines, select the pipeline, and click Automate.

2. In Lead sources, open the webform you want to add to your website.

3. Open Form placement and copy the HTML code for the form.

Add the code to your website

1. Open your website editor.

2. Open the page where you want the form to appear.

3. Add a custom HTML or code block where you want the form to appear.

4. Save or publish the page.

5. Open the published page and confirm that the form is displayed correctly.

Add a link to the hosted form

Use this option when you want visitors to open the form on a separate Kommo-hosted page instead of displaying it directly on your website.

1. In the webform set up modal, open Form placement and copy the form link.

2. Open your website editor and select the button, text, or image that should open the form.

3. Add the copied link.

4. Save or publish the page.

5. Open the link from your website and confirm that the form page loads.

Customize the hosted form page (optional)

Before sharing the hosted form page, you can adjust its page image in Kommo. This helps the standalone page match the context of your campaign or website.

Use this option only when you share the Kommo-hosted form link.

1. In the webform, open Form placement.

2. Update the image displayed on the hosted form page.

3. Click Save.

4. Open the form link and confirm that the updated page displays correctly.

Confirm that submissions reach Kommo

1. Open the published website page or the Kommo-hosted form link.

2. Complete and submit the form using test details.

3. In Kommo, open the pipeline connected to the webform.

4. Confirm that a new lead appears in the stage selected in Form settings.

5. Open the lead and check that the submitted details were added to the correct lead, contact, or company fields.

6. Check the form on both desktop and mobile.
