# Yay! Forms overview

> - You must have at least one tag created in Kommo to add tags to your responses.
> - The form must have at least one selection-type question and there must have at least one tag created in Kommo to use the **Assign tags to choice-based questions** feature.

## What is Yay! Forms?

Yay! Forms is an AI-powered platform for creating online forms, surveys, and quizzes that turn user responses into actionable insights. Integrating Yay! Forms with Kommo is a practical way to automate sending information collected from your forms directly into your sales pipeline Kommo.

## Use cases

- **Automatic lead capture –** when someone submits a form in Yay! Forms → a new lead is instantly created in Kommo with no manual work.
- **Field-map lead details –** you can map form fields to Kommo fields → leads are pre-populated with accurate info (email, phone, company, role, etc.).
- **Smart lead tagging, segmentation, and routing** – based on multiple-choice or dropdown answers, leads are automatically tagged and segmented (for example, “interested in pricing” or “demo request”), then routed to the right pipeline, stage, for faster follow-up and better organization.
