# Сonnect Yay! Forms to Kommo

> What you’ll need:
> 
> - Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial).
> - [A Yay! Forms account.](https://yayforms.com/)
>

> 
> Keep in mind:
> 
> - You must have at least one tag created in Kommo to add tags to your responses.
> - The form must have at least one selection-type question and there must have at least one tag created in Kommo to use the Assign tags to choice-based questions feature.

> **Important**: The connection process is made via Yay! Forms website. There is no need to install the integration in the Kommo marketplace.

To connect your Yay! Forms form with Kommo:

After connecting your account, you can enable the **Run on Previous Responses**. 2. Besides leads, you can also add contacts or companies to Kommo Lists from forms replies. You can also automatically assign tags based on selections made in multiple choice fields, by clicking **Assign tags to choice-based questions** and mapping each selection to a tag in Kommo**.** This tag will be added to leads, contacts and companies that select the answer option you set.![](https://cdn.document360.io/56933ead-06fc-4574-95de-8fa458a5db1d/Images/Documentation/yay-forms-hub--spokes-image-igj6p8ca.png)

> **Note**: To use this feature, you must have at least one tag added in Kommo and at least one field in your form with multiple choice options.
