Segments in Kommo are dynamic groups of leads based on selected conditions. They help you target the right audience for broadcasts and ad campaigns without adding leads manually.

This article explains how Segments work and how to create and use them.

## Use cases

- **Create dynamic segments:** Automatically group leads based on selected conditions, such as lead source, tag, or pipeline stage. Segments update automatically when leads start or stop matching the selected conditions.
- **Send targeted broadcasts:** Use segments to send bulk messages, promotions and special offers, company updates, or news and announcements to specific groups.
- **Run personalized ad campaigns:** Use segments in Google Ads or Facebook Ads to show personalized ads based on lead data, such as pipeline stage or tags.
- **Reuse saved segments:** Save segments and use them again later for broadcasts or ad campaigns without adding leads manually each time.
