What you’ll need:
An active Advanced, Pro, or Enterprise plan.
Permissions to access the report data.
If you or your team notice discrepancies in your sales numbers, missing metrics, delayed updates, or unexpected filter behaviors, the cause is typically related to data accumulation logic, system bugs, or user access permissions. Use this guide to identify and resolve common analytics issues.
Note: Report values can vary depending on the selected filters, user permissions, and how each metric is calculated. Before troubleshooting, confirm that you are comparing the same period, pipeline, users, and filters.
Report totals are incorrect or differ between users
Users only see the records allowed by their role and pipeline permissions. Restricted access can therefore produce different totals.
To check access:
Go to Settings → User management.
Open the affected user.
Review their lead permissions and pipeline stage access.
Ask the user to log out and back in after you save the changes.
For revenue-based reports, also confirm that the relevant Closed-Won leads have a Sale value. Learn more about user permissions.
A manager or stage is missing from the Consolidated report
The Consolidated report only displays data currently in use:
Pipeline stages appear when they contain at least one active lead.
Managers appear when at least one lead is assigned to them.
If something is missing:
Open the Leads section.
Move an active lead to the missing stage or assign one to the missing manager.
Return to the Consolidated report—the stage or manager will appear automatically.
Dashboard period does not update a widget
The dashboard’s time filter does not affect every metric:
Period-based widgets update when you change the date range.
Real-time or current-state widgets, such as Leads without tasks, continue showing the latest value.
To track data for a specific period:
Open Leads or Stats → Activity Log.
Apply the required date range and filters.
Hover over Total and select Create widget.
Name and save your custom widget.
Missing or delayed data in new widgets
A new widget may display its current value before showing the green or red comparison indicator. This indicator requires historical data, which is collected overnight according to your account’s time zone.
If the comparison is missing:
Wait until the following day.
Refresh the dashboard and reapply its filters.
Clear your browser cache and reload Kommo.
Contact support if the data remains unavailable.
Unable to set goals or export analytics
Goal settings and export options depend on your plan, permissions, and the selected view.
If you cannot set goals:
Confirm that your workspace uses the Advanced, Pro, or Enterprise plan.
Open Insights → Goal report → Set goals.
If the option is unavailable, ask an administrator to check your permissions.
If you need to share a report:
Use your browser’s Print → Save as PDF option to save the visible report.
Export the underlying CRM records from a supported Lists view when you need the report data rather than its visual layout. Export access depends on your user permissions.
Performance issues and slow report loading times
Large reporting periods and complex filters can increase loading time.
Try the following:
Select a shorter period, such as Week instead of Year.
Remove unnecessary tags, custom fields, or filter conditions.
Reload the report and add filters back one at a time.
Contact support if the report continues to load slowly with a short period and no additional filters.
If the issue persists after troubleshooting, contact our support for additional assistance.
