# Connect Master Metrics to Kommo

> [!NOTE]
> What you’ll need:
> 
> - Available on all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial).
> - A [Master Metrics](https://mastermetrics.com/) account (free trial available).
> - Admin role in Kommo to authorize the first connection.
> 
> Keep in mind:
> 
> - The integration allows one-way data sync, meaning you can’t edit or delete Kommo data from within Master Metrics.
> - Sync frequency depends on your Master Metrics plan — free plans refresh once per day, while paid plans update multiple times a day.

This guide helps you connect Master Metrics to Kommo, sync your data, and set things up so you can start building dashboards and tracking performance.

## How to connect Master Metrics to Kommo?

> [!WARNING]
> **Important**: The connection is done on the Master Metrics website. You don’t need to install the integration from the Kommo marketplace.

### In Kommo

1. Go to **Settings** → **Integration marketplace**.

2. Search for **Master Metrics** and click **+ View**.

3. In the modal window, click **See instructions**.

4. You’ll be redirected to the Master Metrics website.

### Continue in Master Metrics

1. Scroll down to the **Set up steps section.**

2. [Create an account](https://app.mastermetrics.com/user/register) or log in if you already have one.

3. Once you’re logged in, open the sidebar and select **Data sources**.

4. Click **+ Add data source**.

5. A modal window will open. Search for Kommo and click on the widget, then click **+ Connect with your Kommo account.**

6. You’ll be redirected to a Kommo authorization page. Choose the account you want to connect.

That’s it — your account is now connected to Master Metrics.

## How to delete a Kommo account in Master Metrics?

2. You’ll see all the connected Kommo accounts listed next to the **+ Import account** button.

3. Find the account you want to remove and click the **trash** **icon**.
4. A confirmation window will appear showing all the objects created with that account. Click **Confirm** to disconnect it.
