# Manage users and roles permissions

> - Any Kommo plan (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial)
> - Administrator (Admin) access in Kommo
> 
> **Keep in mind:**
> 
> - Permission settings apply only to the current account workspace you're in
> - Administrator role permissions cannot be edited

Users and roles permissions in Kommo lets you control how your team accesses features, pipelines, and data. It centralizes everything related to user setup — from adding new team members to defining their roles and adjusting what each person can see or do.

You can also organize users into groups, such as Sales or Marketing, and use team-wide access to manage visibility across your pipelines.
