# HyperScript overview

## What is HyperScript?

HyperScript is an AI-powered, script-driven platform for creating and managing structured conversations and call-flow scripts. It:

- **Provides an intuitive, no-code interface** for building complete conversation and call scripts — including branching logic, prompts, and predefined responses — without requiring programming expertise.
- **Delivers built-in performance analytics** by collecting metrics each time a script is used (e.g., step-level conversion rates, operator success/failure patterns, and completed-call vs. drop-off counts), helping teams identify which scripts and steps perform best.
- **Supports dynamic, CRM-linked data fields** so that script steps automatically display relevant client information such as names, contact details, and order history.
- **Autofills client data and syncs new information back to the CRM,** reducing manual data entry, minimizing context switching, and keeping records consistently up to date.
