>
> - Available on all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise, or a 14-day trial)
> - A Google account.
>

>
> - With a free Google account, you can create one Appointment schedule page on your main calendar only. If you select a calendar other than the main one, the booking sync will not work.
> - You need a Google Workspace paid account to create more than one Appointment schedule page.

This guide explains how to create a Booking page in Google Calendar so you can use the booking feature, saving time for both the company and the lead.

## Create a Booking page in Google Calendar

One of the Google Calendar features you can integrate with Kommo is Appointment Schedule. It lets you create a booking page where clients can choose the date and time that works best for them.

[Learn how to connect the Google Calendar integration](/v1/docs/google-calendar-connect).

To create an Appointment schedule in Google Calendar, follow these steps:

1. In **Google Calendar**, click **Create** → **Appointment schedule**.

2. Now, set up your bookable appointment schedule. Add the following information:

- **Schedule title –** The name shown on your booking page (for example: *“Available hours for X Salon appointments”*).
- **Appointment duration –** How long each appointment lasts.
- **General availability –** The days and times clients can book appointments.
- **Schedule window –** When the booking schedule is open and how far in advance clients can book.
- **Adjusted availability –** Set special availability for specific dates (for example, holidays or one-off changes).
- **Booked appointment settings –** Add buffer time between appointments, set a daily booking limit, and manage guest permissions.
- **Calendars –** Choose which calendar booked appointments are added to.

Remember to enable the **Check calendars for availability** option to avoid client reservations overlapping with bookings or other events in the calendar.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: With a free Google subscription, you can only have **one calendar per account**. To create more calendars, you need a paid Google Workspace subscription. [Learn more](https://workspace.google.com/products/calendar/).

3. Click **Next**. You can now customize how your booking page looks and choose what information clients need to enter to book an appointment. Add the following details:

- **Booking page photo and name**
- **Location and conferencing**
- **Description**
- **Booking form**
- **Payment and cancellation policy**
- **Booking confirmation and reminders**

In the **Booking form** section, choose what information clients need to provide to book an appointment. By default, this includes first name, last name, and email address. You can also request a phone number or add custom fields by clicking **Add an item**.

All basic information and the phone number will appear in the lead card in Kommo. Custom items will not be added to the lead card.

4. Click **Save**.

Your schedule is now saved and available in the **Booking pages** section of Google Calendar. Click your schedule, then select **Copy link** to share it with clients so they can book a time that works best for them.
