If you select a calendar other than the main one, the booking sync will not work. > - You need a Google Workspace paid account to create more than one Appointment schedule page. > - Events, tasks and appointments that have been created before connecting the integration will not be synchronized. > - Synced events, tasks and appointments will only be visible to the selected Kommo user in the integration settings. This guide explains how to integrate your Google Calendar Booking page with your AI Agent in Kommo, so the entire booking process can be automated, saving time for both the company and the lead. [Learn more about Kommo’s AI Agent in this article](/v1/docs/kommo-ai-agent). ## Use Appointment Schedules with the AI agent Once you’ve created an **Appointment Schedule** (booking page) in Google Calendar, you can use Kommo’s AI agent to automatically send clients your available booking times – no manual sharing needed. [Learn how to create an Appointment Schedule in this article](/v1/docs/google-calendar-usage). Follow these steps: 1. Open the **Google Calendar** integration and click **Go to AI Agent** in the info banner at the bottom of the widget. Change any other setting you might require, and click **Save** in the right top corner. 9.
