This guide explains how to connect an Instagram Business account to Kommo through Meta Business Suite. Once connected, your team can manage Instagram conversations and supported interactions directly from Kommo. Wait for Meta to redirect you to Kommo. - **If you haven’t authorized Kommo through Meta yet:** 1. Enter your Instagram username and password. 3. If Instagram asks whether to save your login information, click **Save Info** or **Not now**. 4. Click **Log in as [user’s name]** (*e.g.,* Log in as moonlightboutique). 5. Confirm that the account appears under **Meta Business Suite → Settings → Accounts → Instagram accounts**. Review the requested permissions and click **Save**. 7. Wait for Meta to redirect you to the integration modal in Kommo. #### Step 4: Confirm the Instagram connection Click the **Settings** tab and confirm that the connected Instagram account appears. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/56933ead-06fc-4574-95de-8fa458a5db1d/Images/Documentation/ig-connected-account-en.png) ### Switch the connection method Use this section if Instagram or Messenger was previously connected through Facebook authorization. The associated Facebook Business Portfolio appears automatically in the Instagram integration. If the Facebook Business Portfolio does not appear, [see Meta's Business Portfolio course before continuing](https://www.facebookblueprint.com/student/path/219702-business-portfolio-course). > [!WARNING] > **Important:** You can keep the existing connection without switching. However, the previous connection method may not support **Private Reply** and other features available through the current connection method. 1. Open the Instagram integration from **Settings → Integration marketplace → Instagram**, or go to **Pipelines →** select a pipeline **→ Automate → Add source** on the Instagram card. 2. Click **Log out**. 4. Follow the instructions under [Connect from scratch](/docs/connect-instagram-to-kommo#connect-instagram-from-scratch-on-desktop) (on desktop). ### Reconnect your account Use this section when an active Meta session exists but the authorization between Kommo and Meta has expired or was reset. In this situation, Kommo displays **Reconnect**. #### Step 1: Prepare the integration for reconnection 1. Open the Instagram integration from **Settings → Integration marketplace → Instagram**, or go to **Pipelines →** select a pipeline **→ Automate → Add source** on the Instagram card. 2. **Log out** of the Instagram integration. 3. **Uninstall** the Instagram integration. #### Step 2: Reconnect Instagram 1. **Install** the Instagram integration again 2. In Meta, select the **Facebook Business Portfolio** and **Instagram accounts** you want to share with Kommo. 5. Review the requested permissions and click **Save**. 6. Kommo opens the Meta authorization page in your browser. 3. Enter your Instagram credentials or use a saved password, then tap **Log in**. 3. If Instagram asks whether to save your login information, tap **Save Info** or **Not now**. 4. On the Meta Business Suite authorization page, tap **Log in as [user’s name]** (*e.g.,* Log in as solmarket). 5. Tap **Continue**. 7. Review the permissions and business assets that will be shared with Kommo. 8. Tap **Save** to authorize access and return to Kommo. #### Step 4: Add and confirm the Instagram account 1. Tap **Add another account** to view the Instagram accounts available through the connected Facebook Business Portfolio. Tap **+ Add** next to each Instagram account you want to connect. 3. Confirm that the connected accounts appear with their names and profile pictures. ### Switch the connection method Use this section if Instagram or Messenger was previously connected through Facebook authorization and you want to switch to the current Instagram connection method. > [!WARNING] > **Important:** You can keep the existing connection without switching. However, the previous method is not recommended because it may not provide access to **Private Reply** and other enhanced functionality available through the current connection method. 1.
