# Connect Google Sheets to Kommo

> [!NOTE]
> What you'll need:
> 
> - An active Kommo account (or a 14-day trial).
> - A Google account.
> - Permission to edit the Google Sheet you’ll connect.
> 
> Keep in mind:
> 
> - Avoid changing column names after setup – it may break the integration.
> - The import process stops at the first empty row in the sheet, so data from rows below it will not be imported.
> - Only one sheet can be connected per integration.

To set up the integration:

8. After authorization, you will be redirected back to Kommo, where you will see that your Google account is now connected. 9. Click on **your desired sheet** and then click **Select**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** An empty row in the sheet stops the data import. Check the sheet and make sure there are no unnecessary empty rows to avoid missing entries in Kommo.

10. Next, customize the integration to suit your workflow. You can configure the following options:

  1. Click the **Import current entries** checkbox to import existing data.
  2. **Add tags:** Automatically assign tags to new leads created from the spreadsheet. This helps categorize and filter leads more efficiently in Kommo.
  3. **Lead stage:** Choose the pipeline stage where new leads will be placed.
  4. **Responsible user:** Assign a team member to be responsible for new leads, making sure they are followed up on promptly.
11. The integration is now successfully connected.

> **Note:** If a new lead doesn’t appear right away, try refreshing the page.
